When do you take your nutritionals (only respond if you do take them)? Do you take them daily, or with meals? Which is better for it to work more productively in your body's system? When I was at the tennis; I saw this old lady who oppened up her wallet and had like tickets for evryday and then she brought out this tissue and it had about 20 or 30 pills in it. She had to eat them with her lunch! I'm not sure if they were all nutritionals; but there was quite a lot!

If you mean supplements I occasionally use the amino acid Carnitine ,it is not sufficient in most diets (unless you eat A LOT of meat) ,I only take it after exercising to the limit (I reach the limit rather quickly ,and not because Im fast) It is in capsules form ,it is supposed to enhance the muscle mass gain from each exercise . I less often take ATP ,it is the energy currency of our cells ,when taken in a ready form it boosts resilience and endurance ,also stimulates muscle fibre gains . I seldom take vitamins like Bcomplex . I use vitC when I have sore muscles after a workout because it is thought to enhance the healing and rebuilding process .

I take multivitamins and flaxseed oil capsules with my meal. Flaxseed is really good for your body the Omega-3 in them helps regulate healthy function throughout your body's system.

There are a number of vitamins, minerals, herbs, etc. available for just about every need. Some are best taken on an empty stomach and some are better on a full stomach. I think it is better to take single individual vitamins over a once a day pill. For this very reason - some are better on a full and some are better on an empty stomach. The doctor (one who uses or believes in these treatments) is best to recommend what you need.
