instant coffee or not?

what would you prefer, instant coffee, or ground coffee beans through a coffee machine?

i dont drink coffee...my fiance doesnt like instant coffee...she brews a cup every morning in a senseo machine...

I do prefer ground coffee for the plunger or drip coffee machine but most days tend to have good quality instant coffee simply because it is quicker and easier. However for special occassions I always use the plunger or drip machine. :)
