When the sun draws water from the ocean, how come we don't get salt-water rain?

when the water evaporates, the salt and other minerals and materials get left behind in the sea. u shud c how they make salt in rajasthan, india.what they do is they trap the sea water by building sand blocks to cut off the retreat of the sea water. then they let the baking heat of the sun take over.the scorching sun evaporates all of the water and whats left behind is salt which is then cleaned, processed and readied to be used as the common table salt we use in our everyday lives.
