How do i use western union or moneygram?

I had recieved money from my company through western union.Before you must go to any banks or western union outlet ,you must have your valid ID's , its much better if you have your tracking number, secret code from the sender, country of origin and also the tracking code. It is faster if you already have your tracking history which you have get in western union .You must present such details and asked the teller for your money. I think it was also the same thing with money gram although you cant get a tracking history of it if your money is good for pick up already.
