Does anyone out there know of the band "Clan of Xymox"? They're a goth band

and most people I talk to have never heard of them. I'm looking for people who have. I'm not looking for people who look up their website - I'm looking for people that really know who they are. Do/Did you like them? What is your favorite song by them? Do you like the songs that were more early techno or the more gothic songs? My favorite song is "Louise". My favorite albums are the self title album, "Medusa", "TWIST OF SHADOWS", and "METAMORPHOSIS"

I love Clan Of Xymox. We are actually very similar in what we like. "Medusa" is in my top 5 fave albums of all time. "Louise" gives me chills every time I hear it. I am definitely more into their earlier stuff, but from their newer material my favorite would be "Crucified" from the "Creatures" album.

Clan of Xymox played at the Whitby Goth Festival a couple of years back. They played a 40 minute set, mainly goth material but with some techno. They have quite a following, although it's not always easy to get hold of their cds

I like Xymox. Not as much now as I used to in high school (in the 80s) I love Medusa, and Hidden Faces. I have Notes/Remixes from the underground. I dug Muscoviet Mosquito *a lot* I really dig Anny Wohlbert's solo stuff- She's on i-rain records with Pieter Nooten (he's on the same label they're not together)

My fiance really liked them in high school, in the 80s. He is the one that got me hooked on them. I'm glad that someone else has heard of them. I will definately check out the solo stuff. Thanks for letting me know.
