The best performance by Tom Hanks till date ???

tom hanks is a great actor and has also got the repution for the bagging the oscar twice. both the movies for which he clamied the oscar are superb forrect gump is also one of my favorite movies and nothing to say about philedalphia as everyone knows and i also would recomment people to watch you've got mail and also the one with steven speilbergs movie the terminal cool acting in that too so many in the list and this totally makes me confused to choosing the best.

This is definitely my favorite movie. He was great in The Green Mile too though.

He has done so many good movies. To pick one is not easy. I loved him in The Green Mile and The Da Vinci code. Those two are ones that I watch quite often of his. Of course his voice work as Woody in The Toy Story was great as well. Forrest Gump was ok in my opinion. I didn't think it as that great. I thought his performance in Philadelphia was much better. He deserved the Oscar for that one. I would have to say that one was his best performance.
