how to get a stars?should i have to post a 100 discussions to get my stars?

i don't have any star.It seems like I'm in my pre-school age for getting my star from my teacher. Making your test perfectly 100, a teacher will grant you a stamp of star in your hand.
Here in mylot, it looks like you have to post a 100 or more discussions to have your first ever STAR. How to get a star? Is this depends on the number of discussions you made? or base on the positive rate given you by the respondent? Could STAR increase your earnings per discussions?

After posting 100 you will recive the star. What kind u will get is depended on what your reputation here is. If people have given you alot of - then it will be a low number, and if they gave u alot of + it will be a high number.
If u get a low one - donb´t let it get to you - many does for their first. just keep posting and rate the people that u reply to, or that reply to you - hand out a best response and that will hve the people know you are serious and will come back for more.

thank you..i was surprise..i expecting a 1 star.mylot give a 8 and then it increase to 9.
