This is so easy, and yummy for garlic fans.
Just smack your garlic with the side of the knife, and remove the skin.
Mix flour, an egg, and some milk to a thick consistancy.
Dip the garlic into the mixture and fry in oil.
Drain.
That's it. It is really good.
Do you have anything to share?

One of my favorite was to prepare and eat garlic is to just roast it. Do not seperate into cloves, but just cut the top off. Wrap in alunimun foil and roast for a least 1 hour or a little longer at 350. When it comes out of the oven it is very hot and soft. It becomes milder as well. We then squeeze a clove onto french bread and eat it that way. You can also have some balsamic vinegar to dip it in if you like.

Now this sounds good. I love garlic.
Thanks,
If I do this while I am making a cake...will the cake absorb the garlic smell? That would not be good...chocolate garlic cake...

I love garlic. It is one of my favorites to cook with. We use it in a sauce. You take 1/2 cup mayonaiise, 1/2 cup sour cream, 3 tablespoons milk, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, and 2 minced cloves of garlic. Mix together and let set for at least a half hour. We use it for beef and chicken to dip it in and for vegies too.

This is indeed a great thing. Roasting garlic is most yummy too and you don't have to add anything fattening!!! lol.. Have heard alot that there is nothing worse than burnt garlic so take care and watch it when you good this gold for your veins. Thanks for sharing this one! We eat alot of garlic around this place. Easy to grow too! Doesn't take hardly any space either, unless you grow rows of it. lol
