What is the main thing that by which briyani is incomplete?

I think it's got to be curry. The curry gravy adds a special flavour to the briyani. Personally I always have curry with my briyani. Lots of it. :) That makes briyani taste fantastic.

there are lots of things. if u miss one then your biriyani is not upto the mark....I think the most important ingredient is Rose Water,
