I am in a Holocaust class at my school, and one of the topics we are going to cover is denial of the Holocaust. What do you all think of that subject?? Is there anyone here who denies it? I am not here to judge...

I don't understand how anyone can deny the holocaust. Sadly some prominent figures do. Recently the president of Iran hosted a conference of holocaust deniers, he himself also denies the Holocaust. There are some neo-nazis both in America and Germany who also deny it. Some people make ridiculous statements such as, there are no bodies in the numerous mass graves in Bergen-Belsen, and that the gas ovens in Auschwitz were installed after the war. This is all stupid talk, because you can scientifically determine how old bricks and mortar are,in addition to that the allies captured hundreds of records from companies that delivered gas and equipment and parts for the gas ovens, and of course, you could open a mass grave to see the evidence. In some middle-eastern countries history is not taught the way it is taught in Western countries and thousands of young people do not even know about the holocaust. Let us never forget, so it will never happen again.

I don't understand how anyone can deny it when there is so much documentd proof that it happened. What about all the SS trails? I hope this link helps you for your class. http://www.crimelibrary.com/serial_killers/history/mengele/evil_6.html

I am not sure why anyone would deny the Holocaust. There are movies, witnesses (both army and prisoners). There are lots books, records, and photographs. It can't all be made up.

It is amazing that so many people keep on denying what happened in europe in the 40's....millions of people, jews and other minories, were exterminated and some people dare to say it never happened. But there is a common feature for all of them: hate. Nazis, fascists, radical islamists....they all have hate as one of their main ingredients, and they're good at anti semitism. Anti semitism is a common illness that we should all take seriously. The pity is that some ruling jews are not helping by using the holocaust (which existed and was terrible) as an excuse to justify EVERYTHING that jews do bad 50 years after it happened...like it happens sometimes with the Palestines...and if you disagree with them they call you anti semitist...which is ridiculous. Humans..... lol

I know the Holocaust happened because I have seen the proof. I can't understand why some people still insist it didn't happen, surely no-one really believes that it didn't happen?
