Definitely more advantageous over amplifying. If it would make one feel better and clothing fit better then it would be a good thing. Hopefully done by a reputable doctor with lots of experience. Not sure since I don't have that problem what I personally would do. Queen Latifa did it and seems quite pleased with it.

In my opinion if thats what she wants then go for it. Because I heard it can be painful to your back. But I would make sure I had a good doctor.

i think if it will help them such as if they have back problems, or shoulder problems, or even if they are just self concious about them, then why shouldn't they have them reduced.
