Does anyone like to read romaces, like the historical one by ,Joanna Linsey and RoseMary Rogers? I love the books.I can escape the real world for a bit to have romance and adventures. The sad part is laying the book down and your hubby says Get me something to eat,or something like that, and your like ok back to my real world.LOL! But who like these types of books, any recommendations(can't spell it OPPS.).I say try to find the book Fire And Ice.It would be about a pirate named Reed Taylor And a Lady Kathern And they both are wicked to the end.I loved it, I read it almost 14 years ago and it was first romance book.It was the one that got me hooked.

Fire and Ice, haven't read it in years, wasn't there a sequel? Can't remember the name, but I know I have it somewhere in the house. That was one of my favorites also. The newer Joanne Lindsey are ok. Most of them have to do with the Mallory family and their offsprings, but still good entertainment. Have you read any of Jude Devereaux's historicals? They are pretty good. And Catherine Coulters historicals are good. Don't much care for her more contemporty but do like her historicals. And then there is Arnette Lamb, you don't see much of her, but I have read all of hers, and they are good. But if anyone asks me, I don't read much romance. Just every book by those authors I can get my hands on. I will read them again and again. I gotta go downstairs and find Fire and Ice, and its sequel.

Oh ! Fire and Ice has a sequel!? I didn't know that!I loved how she(Kat) became a pirate herself,so for Halloween, me and my boyfriend went to our high's Halloween party dressed as pirates. And lo and behold every female, was drooling after him.He was a weigh lifter and a football player and wes really well built to be wearing his pant and shirt,he looked 20 something instead of 17. I had two pervs who hit on me that night, it is one I will never forget.LOL!I'll look for the aurthors you listed above on my next trip to my book haven I found .It's a heaven for readers.(:

I loved reading Joanna Lindsey books. I haven't read any of the newer books by her but I went through my teenage years reading her and Kathleen Woodwiss. I loved their books and will still pick them up now and then. If you haven't read any of Kathleen Woodwiss I'd recommend hers especially Ashes In The Wind, The Flame and The Flower or The Wold and The Dove. All three were very well done.
