what is better for you: pepsi or coke?

Hey there everyone i want advise to what is better for me because i am trying to lose some pounds off of my weight. is pepsi better for you than coke? or vice versa?

If you are trying to loose weight neither are good for you because both of them have a lot of calories and will force you to retain the fat. If you really want to loose weight your best bet is to pound water. At least eight glasses a day. By doing this you will shrink the fat cells and any water that your body was retaining will be flushed out of your system.

neither one is good for you. pepsi has more sugar i think, and coke has more soduim.. switch to tea for awhile if you want to lose weight. tea has none of that, and will still keep you from getting caffeine withdrawal headaches.. even if you have to add sugar to it.. it is still better than soda.

Both are good.Now Iam living in India.In india we loved to take coke products only.I like Sprit and Thumsup

Well if you're trying to lose weight don't drink either of them. Drink water instead! Neither of them are good for you, even if you're drinking the diet versions. Otherwise, I think they're about the same in the calorie department.

Neither Pepsi nor Coke is good for you. Both drinks are composed mostly of chemicals. If you are trying to loose weight you should be drinking water. If you don't like water try Gatorade or other sports drinks that are still composed mostly of water. I suppose you could also drink Diet Pepsi or Coke, both diet versions are laden with even more chemicals (although they do usually have 0 calories so they will be a lot better for weight loss, just not overall health.)

Diet of either is the same. Water is better, Healthier and good for you. GOod luck!

I like coke better than pepsi but I do not drink much of it as there is so many calories in either of them. One just can not loose weight drinking soft drinks. A big portion of the daily fluid intake should be water, be it tap, bubble or fruit, herb or normal tea. They are all healthy as there is no calories in any of them.
