Going Overboard and burst Your Budget!

I do my marketing every weekend, normally on Saturday morning. I will check my fridge for whatever that needed to be top up. Normally, I buy fish/meat/poultry for a week supply to feed 8 mouth. This also include vegetable and other dry stuff. I will try to budget to $50 - $70 a week. Being woman, I always tend to go above my budget as sometimes the things being offer is hard to resist. Are you one of those woman who is like me when shopping or do you guys notice that your woman did burst you home marketing/grocery budget? Hope do you all cope or restrain from bursting own budget?
