meeting "cyber friend"

do you have any experence about meeting "cyber friends" in life?last fall i began to take some japanese classes,searched some japanese websites and happened to know a japanese university student who was learning chinese .we have exchanged language for half a year since then .because his father has business in beijing .he got a chance to come to china in februray.last night he sent me a mail.he side he would come to my city and visit his only one chinese friend.i am excited by the news,i have made a plan for his coming.can,t wait .by the way ,it 'll be my first time seeing guys i know online.what 's about your first experence?

I have had mixed experience with meeting guys I've met online. Some have been nice and we have got on really well and some we just had one date. However I have only had one bad experience with a guy who just wanted to go back to my place, but because he had no idea where I lived I just left our date and didn't contact him again.
I wish you lots of luck and just make sure you meet him in a public place.

Well, I have met many "cyber friends" over the years, and all meetings have gone well. My main interest, and hobby in life is tennis, and because of this I belong to many tennis chat forums on the Internet, and have got to know many other tennis fans. Most are female, and many go to live tournaments, often on their own. So we have all agreed to meet up at the tournaments. It has always been a great success, and we have had many good times. You feel lke you already "know" the person, and a shared interest helps enormously. I hope you have fun meeting your "cyber friend".

Reading back through my post, I realise I perhaps did ont mae it clear enough, that all the people I have met are "friends" only, not potential lovers. I don't think it should make a difference though - if you get on when you are online, you should get on in life, but be careful to meet in a pulic pace at first!

wellmy first meeting of cyberperson was my husband!!! so that was ver he hen exciting lol..when i saw his face i was put on fire lol!! well i am a xilaren huo qiu that is what happens to a xilaren girl when she falls in love with a chinese dragon!!!!
i have a few friends and now here on mylot through cyber space and i hope one day to meet them too..i hope you have a great time with your japanese friend..
