I was reading the newspapers and someone raised this question. Do you think it is alright for the dad to bring his daughter to the guys' washroom? Personally, I think there is nothing wrong with it, especially when the mother is not around. We can't expect a small kid to visit the ladies all by herself, can we?

Under five and I agree. What else is he going to do? Ask a stranger to take his daughter into the bathroom? Over five and the kid is plenty old enough to know how to take care of business and scream if they need help. Dad can stand outside the door and wait for a few moments and even hollar in for a response if he is nervous. My dad covered my eyes and took me into the stall then stood outside the stall door til i was done. then covered my eyes and pulled me out of the restroom. I never saw anything, it wasn't until I started waitressing that I learned what a urinal looked like. (I had to clean the bathrooms).

Precisely. This is usually done out of necessity!
