What a great match where India started the game as favourite and in the end Sri Lanka winning the game. what do u think is the reason for India loosing this match.

Indian team always flatter to deceive at the end. Our fielding is shocking to say the least while sri lankans were just superb in fielding and catching which in the end made all the difference. Besides it is shocking the way our tailenders bat they can's hold onto their wickets & rotating strike let alone scoring boundaries, so it is no surprise to see them fall in a heap. Besides it is shocking to find that only 11 out of 15 members of indian squad were only fit for selection that shows the sorry state fo affairs.

me too feel that we lack in our fielding department as all other team's in the world have good closing fielders...also in the match indian players were happy hitting boundaries, they even don't run for extra singles which were available to them...

Yah losing in "Impossible to lose from" situations is india's speciallity. If 24 runs from 36 balls was not gettable with five wickets in hand i font know what is anymore

Team India - It is very good to see team India win matches than loose matches.
One of the reason India lost the match is the lacking of the batting depth or less batsman at the tail. India lacks quality allrounder. I really think Irfan Pathan should be in the playing eleven. Lost of the Dinesh Karthik is one of the reason India lost the match. Loosing too much wickets at the end is another reason. India really went to the shell trying to save the wicket after loosing wickets. There were ten balls different at one stage and lots of wickets and India could easliy win the match. Lack of ability to rotate the balls and defending too much balls is another reason of loosing match. I believed until the last ball that India might win the match. The super catch taken of Dhoni might be another reason that India lost the match. I thought if the catch was dropped Dhoni might have taken two runs and sometimes could have got a four and India could have easily won the match.

ya....lack of the capability to rotate the strike was one of reasons why India loose most of its matches...they are good in scoring boundaries....and in this match they never thought of snatching a extra run...they thought those won't be required....in the end they end up with 5 runs short.
