DIABETIC.... Is it the end of world?

Hey you ppl out there... this is Ketan again.... back with you people... my mom recently was treated and reported as diabetic -- that too a bit heavy one.... so can you people suggest me things.... that i can make her eat,, and ways to prevent and cure the disease......also is it possible that it goes out totally from her....?

Hi my mother is diabetic and so are quite a few friends of mine too! It's not that heavy and as long as she gets good advice from her doctor and eats the right things as advised then she can live a normal life. As far as I'm aware although I may be wrong there is no cure only control with medication and proper eating.
