Is the people in the goverment must bow their head to us or the other way around

Think we the people are the Kings and Queens of the nation we're living coz we are the one that pays them through our taxes.Bu t it the other way around, we praise politicians and put them in throne but what do we get nothing from them.They just wasting your taxes in there enjoyment.If we are working in a company and we did not work hard enough or just goffind off .The manager will fired us.,but in the goverment politician goffing of we can't fired them why .We have the right coz we pay them by our taxes.So why is that? Is there a rule that we can't fired them coz they're politician?
