you know the saying that goes "an apple a day will keep the doctor awawy." do you eat an apple a day, i do. and do you believe in the saying?

I like fruit, especially apples.I like apples because they taste good.I always eat an apple for breakfast and I often drink some milk and eat some bread."an apple a day will keep the doctor awawy"-- That's quite reasonable,i believe it.
