Do you believe in Hell?

I believe in Heaven and hell...No I do not believe it was made up to scare people...hell was not created for man it was created for satan and his followers..Im not planning on going there,besides you have to want to go there in order to go,like i said it was not made for man..

Yes I believe in both hell and heaven. If hell is present definitely Heaven will be there. If good is there bad also must be there. A Coin has two sides. What do you say?

I believe in both heaven and hell. I think believing in one and not the other is kind of silly. It'd be like believing in good, but not in evil. Everything needs an opposite. I know plenty of people who don't believe in hell though. Hell is just the absence of God. I don't think it's made up at all. Spending eternity without God would be hell. It would be the worst thing ever. I think we should fear hell, but we can't just love God because of fear. Although, it is good motivation haha.

I understand (from my philosophical studies for 40 years) that we all pretty much make our own "hells," and "heavens". We don't realize how responsible we are for our own thoughts and actions. No matter what situation we find ourselves in, whether it's a good, or bad, situation, inevitably we made the choices to put ourselves in those situations. Also, from what I can understand, there are "hellish" places, and "heavenly" places, where we will go after leaving these bodies, to work out our "karma" so-to-speak, good and bad. But those places are temporary,and we will return at some point to continue our journeys to self-awareness, and to understanding how to free ourselves from this "karmic wheel." I do know that many religions do scare people into submission to their beliefs by scaring them with horror stories and what terrible things can happen to them if they don't believe as they should in that particular religion. That's not real religion. That's just someone on a power trip, and wants to control others.
