which italian food is your favourite?

I like to eat various types of pastas- marinara and bolognaise, pizzas specially the wood oven ones, egg plant parmisian, gelato and the excellent tiramisu. What do you guy prefer. can someone provide me with authentic tiramisu receipe.

I particularly like pizza especially ones which are loaded with ingredients. Pizza is also very cheap so its good if you are living on a budget!

really, In India, we really do not get cheap pizza, i wish they were reasonably priced here so that i was able to eat more.
