Take two fresh ears of corn and baste 1/3 stick of butter, 1/3 tsp. chilli powder, 1/3 creamy cheese sause mix or powdered packet from boxed macoroni and cheese. Wrap up in foil and place on BBQ to cooked.
I like a recipe that is just enough for the 2 of us. After so many years of cooking for an army, just wrapping two corn cobs sounds like a breeze. We enjoy using out BBQ all year round no matter what the weather.
