Roasted Asparagus

1 1/2 lb. asparagus fresh 1/2 cup pitted kalamate olives 1 tbs. olive oil 1 tsp. lemon pepper Preheat oven to 425*, line baking sheet with foil, put tossed mixture or sheet in oven for 10 to 13 minutes.

Oh that sounds delicious. I love asparagus. I like them hot with butter, salt and pepper. When I have them cold I like to put italian salad dressing on them. Have you had them this way?

No, but I will try your way. I eat them plain raw sometimes. Thanks for the info.

TLhis will make them tender? Wow I was always steaming aspargus first. I will try it this way.
