16 oz. cream cheese 12 oz. spam 2 oz sliced pimentos Whip spam, pimento, and cream cheese in mixer until smooth. Spread on crackers, or bread with crust cut off, and cut into 4 pieces.

I never would have thought to use Spam. Of all things. It is rather tastey and with the creamcheese mixed into it, I'll be that it has people talking.
