Suggestive Avatars?

I have noticed that some members have rather suggestive avatars--pictures of being shirtless (guys) and women in their lingerie. Believe me, I am not judging. Whatever "floats your boat" is fine. I just wondered what the reason was for choosing these pictures? Thought maybe somebody besides me might be curious, too.
