What Is Your Favourite Alien Species?

This is for the sci-fi enthusiasts and anyone else who loves a good alien film, which is your favourite alien species and why?
Mine all time favourite alien species is from Stargate SG1 The dreaded replicators! They are indeed a formidible foe and they even kick the Gou'alds butt! They are deadly and virtually indestructable. Shame there's only a few episodes with them in.

Lol i know im not going to have answer for this because it will be obvious im not much of an enthusiast as for aliens. I dont know any except one.... TUHDUH!!! Alien!:) Ok im trying to be funny but i dont remember the name of the alien in Alien movies.:P That's just the most memorable alien movie for me.. I cant remember anyone from Star Trek and havent seen much of the new series about Stargate and such. havent even heard of Voyager. Oh well!:P

If you like scary, do you like horror films, as this is another of my favourite genres. I recorded Saw 2 at the weekend and I'm looking forward in watching it, when I've got the house to myself and it's peaceful. Your defended shame has been accepted and I have forgiven your shame on this one!

Actually , im just into anything scary:) Doesnt matter if there are aliens or not in it. But tv series like Voyager and Stargate are limited in the Philippines so dont always get to view it... besides, ever since College, i havent had the chance to sit in front of any tv anymore unless im home with my parents:P So there! I have defended my shame ahm whatever:)

Ohh dear .. I've looked at this lots of times but couldn't think of a favourite ...
I just love them all .. the imagination of the designers is often amazing .. sometimes full body paint jobs .. sometimes it's rubber prosthesis .. sometimes it's just padded clothing .. but they are all very good .. (well, mostly) ... so to pick just one seems impossible ..
My preference is for the 'aliens' in programmes like Babylon 5, Stargate etc .. as they come across as the more 'realistic' ideas of what an alien might be like ..
I suppose in reality aliens (when they arrive) .. will probably have totally unhuman forms .. now that might take a bit of getting used to .. then again they could already be here (area 51) .. and be walking amongst us ... !

I am a Star Trek fan and there's a tie for my favor. I have to admit that I love Klingons. They're warlike behaviour and being driven purely by emotions. Their anger is so pure and unblemished.
Then there are the Vulcans. Cool, intellectual and calm in any situation. Logic ruling the day. I love that and wish that I could be that way sometimes.
The third party in the tie is the Borg. They're sick. I love it. They absorb other cultures and "enhance their own perfection". They were like termites. I'd never seen another species like that.

I have been out of the Sci Fi scene for a least 10 years or more. I think that was close to the last time I bought a Star Wars figure for my youngest son.
The only thing I can come up with on my own is Klingons from Star Trek. They made peace with us Humans didn't they?

Addicted to Voyager too. Love the concept of having a female captain in charge and a beautiful and intelligent one too. Never watched Andromeda. Didn't like the Klingons myself, the best Star Trek enemy was The Borg, "Resistance is Futile", "Assimilate, assimilate" Thanks for your response.
