Real maple syrup gingerbread

Mix: 1 egg, beaten 1 cup real maple syrup Sift together and add: 2 cups flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. soda 1 tsp. ginger Bake in greased cake pan in 325 degrees for about 45 minutes. Excellent and easy.

Another family favourite. I have never made it before, but I think I should be be able to manage this. It seems so easly. Besides, if it goes wrong, I can always blame it on you. Ha, ha.

Maple syrup is used by most of the people who make maple syrup as their sugar of choice. This was according to one of the producers that we spoke to a couple of years ago. Thanks for another recipe to add to my ever growing files.
