Tasty and filling breakfast 2 qts. popped popcorn, 2 cups water, 2 cups milk, 2 cups warm milk or cream. In a large pan, pour water over popcorn. Stir. Let soak overnight. In the morning, cover with milk and warm for about 5 minutes on medium heat. Do not boil. Serve with warm milk or cream. You can also add brown sugar and cinnamon, honey, raisins or fruit.

Have you tried this. Does it have any flavor at all. It seems as though it might be sorta bland. I am so curious as to how all the popcorn recipes taste. I do love popcorn

It is sweet. I have had it. Lots of fiber.

I have had cold rice and milk with a little sugar, and even cornmeal mush for breakfast. This idea of yours certainly would have been a good one to serve my kids when they were home. They would have thought it to be such a crazy idea that they would have loved it over the normal oatmeal I would serve them. The grandkids would probably enjoy it. I will pass it on their parents.
