Chocolate fondue for popcorn, yummmmy!

2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
6 tbs. water
1 cup sugar
dash of salt
3 tbs. butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 to 3 qts. popped popcorn, plain or buttered
Melt chocolate with water over low heat, stirring until smooth. Add sugar and salt. Cook and stir until smooth and slightly thickened. Stir in butter and vanilla until smooth. Keep warm in chafing dish or on warmer. Carefully dip popcorn into chocolate with your fingers. makes app. 1 cup

Thanks for the chocolate fondue part. Not gonna do the popcorn though. This will be for fruit and such.
A crock pot could keep this warm for a party, making the recipe bigger or just over and over til the crock pot has enough. Thanks for sharing this. I see you are on a popcorn kick.
