As i go on scrolling with the duscussions here in mylot, i came aaccross with this discussion who claims that the stars after the names doesnt seem to be fair. People with 9-20 stars replies with one or two lines. I myself got a 9.. I do sometimes reply in 1-2 lines and sometimes in 4 or more lines. it depends on the discussion.
I have a colleague who always complains with somebody is having an overbreak, coming in late, staying in the office late.. grrrr.. if i were that somebody that my colleague complains, i dont know where to fit myself..
Why we cannot just understand what other people are doing? By understanding maybe we can have a bit of respect to them. Is it that hard to do? Calling all mylotians to please stop complaining unless they are hitting you on your a**.. :) **PEACE**

You hit it right leonilyn.. there's nothing really to fret & whine in here. We are aware that whatever we discuss here is to be rated by other users as well as the admins...and nobody here can really give a definite explanation how the ratings are done except of course the mylot staff. I for one had a star rating of 9 which is 90/100 around 4 days ago and it's 88/100 now. My earnings also dropped 0.27 today. Now, am i complaining here? With all honesty..NO. Im doing the leisure of posting here during my regular job which is of course the real source of my bread & butter. I don't want petty things to ruin my day. Life has always its ups & downs.. That i do clearly keep in mind. Probably, it's just that i wasn't born to be a pessimist.

yeah me too having fun already here in mylot.. especially now that i've got very valuable responses.. it dosent matter if i earn more or less.. of course its a plus. and i dont care if i have a low or higher rate... but i am happy with a ten.. hahaha... thanks dune for the response

hi there, thanks for replying back to me, when the starts first came out i was an 8 an went up to a 9, it doesn't really bother me as i said but it's nice to see that people have been rating me! :O)

I agree that animosity is not needed. I have a friend that picks best responses that agree with her. Ok, that is how she is.
The stars are a bit of popularity thing. I know of those the will minue a 10 just because. We just need to plus our friends when we can under the guidelines.
Understaning is real valuable in learning to accept those that are different. Thank goodness for those differences.

i don't really complain myself on here, if i had a 1 star it wouldn't bother me now to be honest! i think people should be grateful and happy what they've got! :O)
