Anyone Else Collect Playmobil?

While often though of as a cheap Lego knock off brand of building sets, Playmobil has more detail and costs less. That doesn't mean I am going to ditch my Lego sets any time soon, just wanted to see if there were any other adults or Playmobil lovers out there.

My son is aged 11 and since he discoved Playmobil I have also started to admire it. I like the internet site that shows all the things they have ever sold, though each year that had passed. My son is enjoying getting some of the Roman collection from lady that sells on ebay. She imports it all from Germany.
I prefer the beach collection. But my favourite is the pirate collection. A couple of years ago I got a lovely pirate island, complete with a cave and three palm trees.
I have just bought a safari set, with a lodge, jeep and many wild animals.
Playmobil is fun to collect whatevever your age.
