Recommend the best medium budget graphics card

I have a 945 intel motherboard and am looking for a graphics card capable of running high end games like F.e.a.r.
Post which card you are using or which you believe suits my requirements.

The Geforce 7300 doesnt really do it for me because i think its slightly sluggish when playing some games, but its a good mid level graphics card that should contune to stay relevant for the next 3 to 5 years at least, If you want a really good card go get a 7600 GT or a X1600 Pro, both of these cards are much better than a 7300.

Could you give the rough cost of this card ie 7600gt and x1600 and which one out of the two?????

I saw haw a GeForce FX 7300 GT works and it's not that expensive.I could buy that but be carefull to buy 7300 GT not other model because this is with GDDR 3 at 1200 Mhz and the rest of 7300 series have about 600-700 Mhz so be very carefull when you buy it.

geforce 7600gs is a solid card with 2800* resolution supported with framerates above 30fps even for the lousiest rigs

coz im also using that geforce 7600.. ANd it really drives my world so great!
