Serious discussion: Adoptions / myLot

me and my partner don't have a baby, we are about 40's and we tried the way of adoption but here in Italy is too complicated and cost a lot of many too, what's your knowledge about it??

I know that spanish and italian couples adopt gipsy hungarian kids. The hungarian couples do not like to adopt gipsy children, but as they has black hairand eyes like italians and spanishes...there are a way they can be adopted. You know we are in EU, in the united one :) I do not know anything about the costs...
