does an asian nation have a chance of winning cricket world cup 2007

According to me, Pakistan is having a fair chance of winning this World Cup. Because they are having star bowlers like Shoib Akhtar,Yusuf and Sami. Only thing their batsmen are not playing to their potential. They are also having class batsman like Captain Inzamam,Afridi, Mohd.Yusuf and Younis khan. Pakistan team is also having good allrounders like Shoib Malik and Abdur Razaqq. Only bad sign for Pakistan is opening players are not performing well and there is lack of consistency. Afridi is not in form and other openers are lacking experience. If the openers and middle order batsmen played well in the World cup, Pakistan is having a fair chance of winning this world cup.
