Manny "the pacman" Paquiao is a filipino boxer who defeated Morales the legendary mexican boxer. And now Pacman is planning to enter in politics. Do you think it is wise for him to run?

I'm sure of two things... He's entering politics with a genuine intention to HELP and that he's not doing so for the money. I believe in Manny's will and he's lack of education hasn't hindered him in reaching his goals so far. If he decides to go into politics, its because he's passionate to do so. It's the same passion that gave us Filipinos a boxing champion we can be proud of.

this is the worst move of manny pacquiao if ever he will run for any public office. he is a good man, good filipino and good boxer, he is even sometimes a hero and an inspiration to some people but i think he should just leave the good impression to the poeple. He is just being used by some politician. Also, i think he is running for a congressman and he is opponent is a good congresswoman (i think the name is custodio)for sure he wil win and put the good politician down. dont waste good politician here in the philippines, we barely dont have enough good politician.

he should avoid politics and instead help darlene custodio in her bid for reelection.

i remember writing about this topic in my blog last year. i said there that manny maybe the greatest boxer of our time that i'd be cheering for as hard as i can, but hell no in politics. he is better off as a boxer. he will just ruin his career and his whole life. politics is not his thing. if he wanted to serve and help his fellowmen then he could do it in other ways. having a position in the government is not the answer and not the onl option to serve the public. actually, what he is doing now as a boxer is enough since he already brought a lot of pride to his fellow filipinos. thank god he was enlightened and decided not to pursue running for congressman. :)
