are you in favour of the money artists gain for being in talkshow?

Its definaltey a reflection of just exactly how the world works today, the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. But it doesnt matter what you or i think as at the end of the day WE are the people that watch these shows and as long as we are watching they are going to keep paying them

That's so ridiculous! It seems like nothing is real anymore. As Lewah wrote, it's just the money-greedy culture we have now. I don't like to go to shows and concerts now because it is so commercial. Late last year a friend of mine asked if I wanted to see the Rolling Stones with him. The inexpensive seats at the back of the stadium started at $150. For mid-stadium the tickets cost around $300-400! Of course I didn't go. It was a total rip off. It's not like any of them are broke. Like you I like to go to small shows at bars or small theaters. And it is fun to discover unknown artists and performers.

This is how show business works. I am not saying that this is right, but is working this way for a very long time. Micheal Jackson can make much more for specific show, so probably they will pay for.

Just make you crazy ,right?Not only they ask all this money for few minute without do almost nothing but they want many many more things.Like at what hotel and room they you'll stay what they will drink,eat,wear(the more time very crazy things)the car will drive them,with who they will or wouldn't speak.....About Michael Jackson I love your country my dear after all we are neighbors, our culture are similar but why they choose him?What good he has to show?

Well in comparison to how the ratings will shoot up and how much money the tv station is going to get paid, they will probably get whatever they asks. I mean it is ALL ABOUT THE MONEY !!!! That is what it is all about. Money talks and BS(you know what) walks. Sad but true.. Best.
