Ginger Beer Plant/Starter Recipe Request

Hi all, I moved 6 months ago and lost all my ginger beer recipes. Can anyone help me with one which has a simple recipe for one which calls for sultana's to be put in the starter? Both recipes for non and the alcoholic would be great. Any other true and tried easy ginger beer recipes would be greatly appreciated too. Thanks heaps....
