Have you seen some one in pain

I have seen mant times beggers in the streets in pain, small childrens without clothing and fooding crying, i thought of healping them,but really giving them is ahelp does it makes any diffeance to this vast amount of poor people.please suggest some means to healp these people

me too! ive seen so many people in the streets are begging some help,money,food.sometimes i have a chance to help give them what they want it is really a big accomplish for me helping others.it doesnt matter how amount you will give them as long as you gave them,it will help a lot for them.you know what i have this experience while im walking in the street a mother who carry a child beg some help to me her baby needs a food to eat,she wants her to feed the baby but she dont have a money.i cried when i see the baby,i help but i know that it is not too much for them.
