For some reason, my family always have pasta on Sunday. Any kind of pasta, but mainly raviolli. It's kind of a tradition: Sunday, the family is gathered together and we have pasta for lunch... and you?

I am italian, so I cook pasta almost everyday for lunch. In special occasions we like to prepare lasagne, but I'm slow in the kitchen, so I need all the morning to prepare it... Today, I'm gonna prepare hand made pasta, with sausage sauce

That's cool! I sometimes like to make pasta from scratch, but then my arms end up hurting quite a lot...:) But it's relly worthy

That sounds like a great tradition. I love ravioli. We all go to my parents' on Sundays and she often makes some sort of pasta. I make it whenever I want to throw something together fairly quickly.

yes, ravioli taste so good! My favourite kind is ricotta cheese and ham. My mother makes her own tomato sauce and it taste really good. I guess that's one of the reasons for everyone to come over her house to eat pasta on Sundays... thanks for sharing!!!!

We eat pasta here on any time of the day, but mostly for snacks. The most common pasta is used for spaghetti, where kids loves and enjoys eating it. For us adults we sometimes prefer some fettuccine carbonara, baked mac for macaronis and vermicelli. I find it very good to have family-gatherings with having different kinds of pasta as a meal!;)
