HOW DOES THIS MYLOT STUFF REALLY WORK?

You get points for every discussion you start and the responses you receive to that discussion. Also points for every response you make to discussions started by other members, plus for any 'best response' you get and that is why you should aim to give quality responses to any dicussion. The person who starts the discussion is the one who gives the 'best response' but any member can give a positive (+) rating to any response, irrespective of who started the discussion. MyLot have checks and balances to make sure that the positive ratings are fair. Add your points add up to make earnings and this is what you are paid. If you reach minimum payout during the calendar month, they you are paid around the middle of the following month. This means that if you reach minimum payout during October, you will be paid around the middle of November and anything not paid will be carried over to the next month. If you get people to join under your referral you also earn a % based on their earnings, although the money comes from myLot not part of your referrals earnings. I think that the quality of the responses is what determined the amount you are paid, i.e. you are more likely to get a little extra for something that is a quality response than for just 1 or 2 words.
