How Would You React If Your Boss Farted?

You are talking to your boss and suddenly you smell something odd. You want to cover your nose, but you don't want to offend him. You wanted to go out of the room, but you can't because he is still giving instructions to you. What would you do? What would you say? What excuse are you going to make up just to breathe properly outside? What I did, I endured that whole episode without saying a word. My boss asked me why I was sweating and I could not tell him that I was controlling my breath so that I won't smell it. Would you do the same to be polite? Or would you say right infront of his face that he farted and it's vicious?
