I am operating on 2 hours sleep, dang insomnia, my mind is fussy and my temper is short. So lets keep the redhead happy and everyone respond to my question.
Okay if you didn't get it the last part was a joke. :)
Do you ever have trouble sleeping? What do you do to insure a good nights sleep?
If you don't sleep well how does it effect you?

I often have problems sleeping. And if I don't get enough sleep, I make very little sense the next day. I can get out of bed and move around okay, but I just can't think straight, and often what comes out of my mouth has no relation to anything going on around me. lol
To ensure a good night's sleep, I take a bath in lavender bubble bath right before I go to bed. I'll sometimes have some herbal tea too. I'm sure you've tried all that type of thing already by now though.

LOL, I do the same thing I open my mouth and no telling what will spill out. I put things down and can't remember where I put it over to find it is right in front of me.
Thanks for the tips I will give them a try! :)

Accccording to the magazine "Proceedings of the National Academy of Science", northamerican scientists of Princeton University have discovered that the lack of sleep causes loss of memory since it affects (kills cells) the "hippocampus", which is the part of the brain that is in charge of creating memories.
