The best antivirus at present- Kaspersky and NOD32. The best free antivirus: AOL Active Virus Shield and Avira antivir. Do not pay for Norton- it is a system hog. Do not download AVG- though it is probably the most popular free antivirus, it has mediocre detection rates.

I would suggest Kaspersky if u have a medium Config PC and Macfee if u have a high config PC. No to Norton & AVG.

It is a laptop and I have no idea what you mean about the medium and high. I just like to turn it on and go.

welll you can always download the free version of AVG antivirus the strong point of the antivirus is that it does not occupy a lot of RAM making your PC far more smother than instaling McAffe or Norton...

I have never heard of nod32 but I will check it out. I just know the one I had was very expensive. At least I thought it was. Thank you for letting me know about this one.

Try Kaspersky or NOD32. Im using Kaspersky and it is a very good software. NOD32, tried it also. very slick and very fast in scanning, it will not affect the speed of your system. Both anti virus software are rated on all reviews around the Internet
