                    You don't have too. I think from the time that you reach the (100) rating beside your username, you will get a star. This is a rating that is supposed to show people around the opinion of the other members for you.

                            Each number that you have inside your star has a different color. When you get a 9 rating, you will have a red star. Isn't that neat?

                    every discussion you respond, you'll get a point and for any +point you get you'll get a star

                    the number beside your name is the number of posts you have done (your points). . .after you have posted 100 times, you'll get alittle star above your picture. if you scroll over the star, it will have a number out of 100. that is your ranking. the higher your ranking, the more you'll get paid for each of your posts.
