Explain blogging to me

Well I admit my knowledge is limited on this but from what I've seen of blogs they are more like an online diary. It's a space for you to write your thoughts, feelings, and the like at. You can have a list of things you like, things you do, friends and other items (usually these are to one side of the page with the blog the main part). I hope that helps.

I am glad you started this discussion. I have a blog site, but I don't have anything on it yet. I am not sure where to start. I hope you get a good response and some good tips too.

the person who responded as #2 pretty much got it. if you want you can check out my blog. it has been going for almost 3 months but not quite. I try to update it a couple times a week. I am trying to get the popularity of it up as I will then try some blog posts that pay money also

The way I see it, it is like a online journal. It is just thoughts and feelings that you type out and other can view and leave comments. Even though I do have a blog, I do not write there a lot. I do not always share everything that is going on in my head. And then sometimes I will share, but turn around and make the entry private because I change my mind and I don't want everyone to see.
