Broccoli Cheese Puffs

Hi Friends here is a receipe I hope that you will like today
I hope you will enjoy this one is a bit more healthier for you than some of the others I have sent to you, but lovely all the same.
4 slices white bread
4 ounces grated low fat Cheddar cheese
10 ounces frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
4 eggs
2 cups skim milk
1 tsp dried minced onion flakes
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Place 2 slices bread in the bottom of a nonstick 8-inch loaf pan. Sprinkle with half of cheese. Spread broccoli over cheese. Top with remaining cheese and remaining bread.
Place eggs, milk, onion flakes, mustard, salt, and pepper in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth. Pour over bread. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake 40 minutes, until golden brown.
Serves 4.

That sounds really nice, I'm not really a very good cook at all but that looks easy enough that I may have a bash at doing that one!

OH! I love broccoli (my favorite veggie) and I am going to try this one. Sounds so good. My family loves broccoli too so this will be one to try on everyone. I bet this would work for cauliflower too! Gonna try it. Thank you!

This sounds delicious, I love all the ingrediants - going to store tomorrow and going to get the stuff to try it out.
