# 2 pizza ..broccoli stuffed

You will need a greased 10 inch deep dish pizza pan. Use ready made dough or your own, but divide it into two parts. Use 2/3 of it for the bottom and up the sides. The leftover will cover it.
Preheat oven to 400*.
Mix ing. t fill. Pinch top layer edges together. Make some slashes on top for steam to escape. Bake 25 minutes or until top is golden. Remove pizza from oven, tip with pizza sause and sprinkle with peppper.
Ing. to stuff are:
3 1/2 cups gratd monzzarella cheese
2 cups blanched and chopped fresh brocolli. If using frozen, it must defrosted and drained well.

My favorite pizza is deep dish. I just love it and I eat it with a fork and knife. After 2 slices I am stuffed and its really a wonderful meal. I am going to make this pizza and then invite my friends over and impress them that I made a homemade deep dish pizza. I do not know of too many people that would be so generous and share a recipe like this with people. A simple thing as sharing a recipe with someone really makes a wonderful gift.
