These Heelys kids shoes?

Have you heard of this childrens shoes with wheels on the heels? Do you know where to get them? My daughter saw them on TV and now she wants them. How safe are they?

I have seen comercials for them, and wuould have to say I don't care for them, since they encourar=ge kids to wear more sneakers.
