# 4 pizza four cheese

Use prepared dough for a thin crust. Preheat oven to 400*.. Sprinkle a 10" deep dish pizza pan or high sided cake pan with 1 tbs.cormeal. Punch dough down and press into bottom and sides of pan. Bake 5 minutes, the remove crust from oven and brush dough with 1/2 tbs.oil. Sprinkle on half the mozzarella cheese, then top with the monterey jack cheese. Sprinkle on scallions. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese, then add parmesan cheese and finally the chevre. Crumble the remaining oregano over the top and bake for 35 to 30 minutes or until cheeses are melted. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing. ing: 1 tsp. dried basil 2 tsp. dried oregano 1/2 tbs. olive oil 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese 1/4 minced scallions, mostly green parts 1 cup grated parmesan cheese 1 cup crumbled mild chevre...goat cheese

i like your recipe & more i can add spinach & brocilli on it! makes the pizza healthier & yummy :) much more when served very hot & be added with jalapeno sauce or tabasco hot sauce , a can of cola drink & potato chips!

Wow...thanks so much. where are you getting these? do you make them for your family? this one really sounds great. i bet my kids would love it and they will be able to help easily, too.

I love homemade pizza. This looks like a great recipe except that I would add lots of crushed garlic.

I think that I would be substituting Feta for the Chevre since the difference is not that great. I say this because we have an organic dairy farm down the road where I get my cheese. They offer Feta there. Sliced thinly, I think this would make a great appetizer as well.

Another great recipe for pizza thanks. I like the new idea you gave me of the high sided cake pan. Thats a brilliant idea and comes in handy if you do not have a pizza pan for a deep dish pizza. Thanks so much.
